Counselling is for you if you feel you have reached a point in your life where things feel ‘off’, your life is not how you would like it to be or there are experiences in your past that you feel are holding you back from being your true authentic self.
You may be struggling with your sleep, have intrusive thoughts that won’t quieten or finding it hard to connect with your partner / others in your life. I would like to help you work towards a life where you feel calmer, more ‘you’ and more connected to yourself and others.
I can offer you regular face to face or online sessions to work through whatever you would like to bring, using techniques including exploring experiences and feelings, creative practises (if you would like) and Mindfulness.
