You don’t have to face things alone

My name is Sinead Walsh and I am a Person-Centred Counsellor, offering therapy to individuals.

I would like to offer you a warm, compassionate and accepting space for you to be able to explore anything that is causing you pain or stopping you achieve the life you wish for yourself.

I aim to be with you, without judgement as you navigate your way through what can sometimes be difficult emotions and experiences. I wish for you a life with less anxiety, more hope and more joy.

How I work

My therapeutic approach is warm, nurturing and empathic. I believe that we all have the ability to create change and to find more peace and joy in our lives.  I will offer you regular sessions that are focused solely on you to explore what you would like to work on.

Our sessions

I offer regular face to face sessions at a beautiful arts venue in Hornchurch, East London or online via Google Meet. We will continue to explore together how the work is going and how long you feel you need the sessions for.
