A safe space to tell your story

My name is Sinead Walsh and I am a Person-Centred Therapeutic Counsellor, offering therapy to individuals.

I would like to offer you a warm, compassionate and safe space for you to be able to journey through anything that is holding you back or stopping you achieve the life you wish for yourself.

I aim to walk beside you, without judgement as you navigate your way through what can sometimes be difficult emotions and experiences.

How I work

My therapeutic approach is warm, nurturing and empathic. I believe that we all have the ability to create change and to find more peace and joy in our lives.  This is likely to involve all parts of ourselves (physical, emotional and spiritual) and an understanding of how our environment and our personal story has impacted us.

Areas of counselling I can help with include:

  • Abuse Anxiety

  • Bereavement Bullying

  • Burnout Family issues

  • Depression Identity

  • Feeling sad Loneliness

  • Intergenerational trauma Relationship issues

  • Menopause Self-esteem

  • Self-confidence Stress

Our sessions

I offer regular face to face sessions in Hornchurch, East London or online via Google Meet. We will continue to explore together how the work is going and how long you feel you need the sessions for.
